loved every minute of it. I love when Hailey get excited about something
because her face lights up and there is a huge smile across her face! Her
favorite color is fuchsia – which I think suits her perfectly. Her favorite
book is Tiger’s Adventures, which her mom was able to come and read to us!
Hailey loves the movie Hotel Transylvania and playing mini golf. She also likes
spaghetti and meatballs and her favorite animal is a unicorn! Her favorite song
is Brave by Sara Bareilles and she is special because she loves to dance and
has been in ballet for three years. She even brought in some of her dance
pictures to share with us! She loves spending time with her family and when
she grows up she wants to be a popstar! Please check out this video of Hailey
during her week of being the Queen!

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
We remember MLK,
Honored on this special day.
He had a dream that we would stand
United together in this land,
That we would strive to find a way
To live as friends in peace today.
He wanted each of us to see
The beauty of equality.
He taught that right overcomes wrong,
That hope can turn the weak to strong,
And showing love instead of hate
Would make our country truly great.
His message, meant to set us free,
Was filled with hope for you and me.
So on this day let freedom ring,
As we remember Dr. King!
Please watch our Dr. King video!

Holiday Break
I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday and were able to spend some time with family and friends! I can not believe our kindergarten year is half way over! We have had a great year so far and I know that it will only get better!
I have been meaning to post something about our Holiday program all break and now here I am on the last day finally posting something... I am so very sorry it took me so long.
Mrs. Schroeder and I are so proud of all our friends - they really did an amazing job at the program. Here is a recap of our program - unfortunately I did not think to video tape our program so if anyone has a video they would like to share with Mrs. Woita that would be great! I am sorry our songs are missing.
The two days before break we played fun holiday games and also had a photo booth which of course was a favorite - for both students and teachers and here is a video of some of our pictures which we showed before our program started...
Then we traveled to Holland and in Holland Sinterklaus leaves gifts in kids shoes and in Holland we made a wooden shoe with carrots and hay! Here is the video of us in Holland...

Again I hope you had a wonderful holiday break!! Stay warm! :) Mrs. Woita
